Parents create an account in just minutes. We send an email to confirm the address provided and issue their temporary password. When parents log in for the first time they will be able to change their password. We will verify each parent's account to ensure a secure transaction.

2. Create participant(s)

Parents can add as many participants to their account as needed. Each participant has their own profile, including a "Vital Health Record", a collection of their health and medical information attached to every form in case of emergency. This is powered by our parent company, Magnus Health Portal, a leader in online Personal Health Records. Parents can update the Vital Health Record at any time ensuring information is up-to-date.

3. Join Group(s)

Group managers invite parents to join groups in which their children participate. We will tell parents the forms they need to sign for the groups they join.

4. Sign Form(s)

Signing forms is easy with our electronic signing room. We use the latest technology to create electronic signatures for all medical release forms hosted on The1Form. We guarantee parents that they only have to sign a form one time.
